Tom fit me into his schedule promptly and was very knowledgeable and transparent about everything he was doing. He was thorough and well equipped when replacing a few old and worn parts. “I am very impressed with the service I received from Tom. I had been without hot water for a few days and I was extremely grateful that Tom was able to fit me in quickly after being let down twice by other engineers. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very transparent with regards to costs. The parts required were ordered immediately and Tom came back the very next day to fit the parts and got my hot water back on. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, very polite, reliable, punctual and conscientious. I’d highly recommend TJS Heating and Gas Services Limited and I will be a returning customer.”

“Tom came to service the boiler and remove a gas fire,he arrived at the time agreed,he was friendly and polite. His work is brilliant,he's very clean and tidy,no mess whatsoever when removing the fire. He did find a problem with the boiler and because it was under warranty said he would organise ideal to come out a mend,he was excellent good as his word, straight away in the next morning ideal were on the phone to me to make an appointment. When all that was done he came back and tested it,then I got my gas safety certificate. I can't recommend Tom highly enough,I would use his company every time .”

“Tom came around the afternoon after I called about some issues with my boiler. He dealt with the initial problem quickly and efficiently in order to make everything safe and functional in the short term. He made a follow up visit to fit a couple of parts a week or so later. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and helpful when explaining what he was doing. Recommended.”

Will definitely be using again - highly recommend! Update : During the icy cold snap last week Tom was so helpful giving advice on what to do with our frozen condensate pipe. “I was recommended to TJS through Facebook, so I reached out and received a quick response with a price for the work. The booking process was simple, and on the day of the installation, I was informed when the technician was on his way, which helped me prepare and keep the dog out of the way. He arrived, installed my Hive system without any issues, and did an excellent job. There was no mess left behind, and he made sure everything was working before leaving. Now, we’re enjoying the convenience of controlling our heating remotely! I would 100% recommend TJS and will definitely be using them for our boiler servicing in the future.”

“Tom arrived to service our boiler after texting to say he was on his way. Very polite,did a thorough job and showed us photos of before and after service. Boiler front needed new hinges and fault with thermostat,so he called Worcester Bosch to get it repaired under warranty. All in all very efficient and pleasent man. We would definitely recommend,and have him back again for next service,or anything else.”

“Extremely good service. I originally booked to have the gas cut off from my living room gas fire in order to renovate. Not only was this done but it was also noticed that my gas meter was damaged. Tom informed the suppliers on my behalf and it was quickly replaced. Cost of the work was very reasonable and was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to everyone.”

“Tom came today to carry out our annual service of the boiler. He came on time, worked very efficiently and remained COVID safe; wearing a mask and gloves throughout the service, which made me feel at ease. During the service he noticed a problem with one of the parts and contacted the manufacturers straight away to arrange a replacement under warranty. Highly recommended and will be using Tom for all future gas work!”
