“Tom came to service the boiler and remove a gas fire,he arrived at the time agreed,he was friendly and polite.
His work is brilliant,he's very clean and tidy,no mess whatsoever when removing the fire.
He did find a problem with the boiler and because it was under warranty said he would organise ideal to come out a mend,he was excellent good as his word, straight away in the next morning ideal were on the phone to me to make an appointment.
When all that was done he came back and tested it,then I got my gas safety certificate.
